HELPDESK

Responsibilities :

 Handle incoming call and customer complaint

 Provide accurate information and assistance to customers

 Contact prospective customer

 Network configuration

 Network monitoring

 Troubleshooting

 Making report weekly/monthly

 Input database Requirements:

 Male

 Min. SMK, Computer Network Engineering

 Age 17 – 22 years old

 Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet)

 Required languages : Bahasa Indonesia (active) and English (passive)

 Good communication, fast learner & self motivated

 Have a good attitude

 Understand telecommunication basic

 Understand Wireless Networking and troubleshooting well

 Having CCNA certification and Understand IP PBX will be an advantage

 Understand computer network basic (LAN, W-LAN & WAN)
