Media ajar SIGA dirancang agar lebih mudah diakses dan dipahami oleh siswa, dengan memadukan berbagai elemen:
Simulasi Diferensiasi Parameter dalam Pengukuran: Melalui website interaktif yang menampilkan hasil pengukuran untuk setiap parameter yang perlu dipahami dalam proses pengukuran, siswa dapat mengamati simulasi tersebut sehingga lebih mudah memahami cara kerja perangkat tanpa harus bergantung pada ketersediaan perangkat fisik di laboratorium.
Bagian-Bagian Perangkat: Materi ajar dilengkapi dengan visual interaktif yang menampilkan dan menjelaskan bagian-bagian utama dari Spectrum Analyzer secara detail.
Langkah-Langkah Pengukuran: Setelah mempelajari materi, siswa dapat mempraktikkan pemahaman mereka terkait penggunaan perangkat dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah pengukuran yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai hasil sesuai kriteria yang ditentukan.

Proses Pembuatan Media Ajar SIGA
Untuk mengakomodir siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar yang berbeda-beda, pada awalnya SIGA dibuat dengan berbasis aplikasi pada perangkat android. Tim yang terdiri dari siswapun terbagi menjadi 2(dua) bagian utama yaitu penyusun konten yang berasal dari kompetensi keahlian teknik transmisi dan programmer yang berasal dari kompetensi keahlian rekayasa perangkat lunak (klik untuk mengakses jurnal terkait SIGA dalam bentuk aplikasi)
Namun, karena siswa setiap tahunnya terus berganti, penyusun SIGA kesulitan untuk mengembangkan fitur pada media ajar karena sangat sedikit siswa yang dapat mencapai pemograman untuk pembuatan aplikasi berbasis android. Sehingga, pada tahun 2023 media hanya diaplikasi dengan tidak terus dikembangkan dan banyak user (siswa) kesulitan untuk menginstall aplikasi karena keterbatasan versi sistem operasi pada handphone dan kapasitas memori.
Pada tahun 2024, penyusun SIGA memutuskan untuk memindahkan media ajar SIGA yang sebelumnya berbasis aplikasi android menjadi berbasis website. Platform yang dipilih untuk digunakan yaitu canva untuk pembuatan dan hosting website, serta lookers studio untuk menampilkan hasil pengukuran pada menu simulasi karena banyaknya turotial di internet dalam bahasa Indonesia sehingga mudah untuk dipelajari oleh tim pengembang yang terdiri dari siswa.
